Salsbury 3500 Series Vertical Mailboxes are U.S.P.S. approved and designed for recessed mounted installation, suitable for replacement and/or retrofit applications. These mailboxes are manufactured by Salsbury Industries according to USPS-STD-4B+ Specifications, making them an ideal choice for apartments, condominiums, and commercial buildings. Constructed entirely of aluminum, these mailboxes feature a durable powder coated finish, available in aluminum, brass, bronze, sandstone, and green colors.

The rough opening for recessed mounted vertical mailboxes should be 1-1/2" less than the unit's width, 1-1/4" less than the unit's height, and equal to the unit's depth. They fit into the rough opening and are secured with mounting hardware (not included) through the back or side panels. Each unit includes a fully integrated flanged collar that fits over the rough opening. The individual compartment size is 5-1/2" in width, 16-1/4" in height, and 6-3/4" in depth.
